Civic Messenger hosts your email subscriber database. As new members sign-up they are added and as recipients opt-out or bounce they will be removed from the database. Database segmentation is available if your communication program is designed to take advantage of that.

Civic Messenger designs your HTML newsletter by using one of our professional email templates. An attractive customizable format will be created with your logo.

Content Management
Civic Messenger manages your newsletter content and will keep a library of previously sent messages. In addition we provide consultation on what to send and when.

Web-form Development
Civic Messenger can develop a web-form for your website if your site is not equipped with an email sign-up. The form will be constructed to be consistent with your current website design.
